A couple extremely grateful for the work I did with them 16 years ago wrote to me out of the blue today to say 'you had a great impact in our lives....we were overwhelmed and struggling. You with your kindness and sincerity helped us to navigate and rise above all these issues'.

Its always nice to receive positive feedback but this email reminds me that a strong collaborative therapeutic relationship can be the catalyst for long-lasting change.
